La Baleine's personnel go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is a memorable and comfortable experience.
Linen and towels provided are of the highest quality and linen is replaced regularly to ensure that you have fresh, crisp linen on your comfortable beds.
Should there be anything which you may require during your stay at La Baleine, please do not hesitate to contact our management.

SERVICES
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service can be provided at an extra charge per daily service. Please arrange for a cleaning service in advance with management. Costs from R50.00 per hour.
- LINEN:
Linen is changed every 4th day for your convenience. Should you require your linen to be changed earlier we will gladly arrange this.
- LAUNDRY:
Washing machines are provided in most units but a laundry service is available off-site. Should you require us to have your laundry done, please arrange with management in advance.
- CATERING:
Catering for special occasions can be arranged and must be requested in advance. We specialise in West Coast seafood platters, cheese boards, BBQ baskets and fruit platters.
- SHUTTLE SERVICE:
A shuttle service can be provided from and to the Cape Town International Airport by prior arrangement. Please contact us with your flight details for a scheduled pickup time.
- TOUR GUIDE:
We will arrange guided tours of the area provided arrangements are made in advance. Please contact us with your request for guided tours.

AMENITIES
- INTERNET:
Paternoster has a limited internet conectivity. An internet facility is available at reception.
- TV (DSTV)
We provide colour televisions is all of our houses with several DSTV channels to view including the local SABC Channels and MNet. No need to bring along your "smartcard".
- HEATING/COOLING:
Our houses are equipped with underfloor heating for the chilly winter months. The 2 bedroomed houses have a fireplace.
- BBQ/BRAAI:
BBQ facilities are available for all cottages. Where there is no open BBQ a Weber BBQ is provided. Wood is available to purchase from the reception.
